We have introduced a lot of changes into the score sheet in this current release.
In addition to the already existing REP SCHEMA, WEIGHT, DISTANCE, CALORIES and REPS, we have added MOVEMENT scaling.
Scaling movement options from the score sheet – We now provide a drop down in the score sheet for movements that have common modifications. Scored a workout with a movement that you didn’t actually do? No problem, you can always edit your score to keep things accurate.
Modification of workout from the score sheet – If you don’t see the modification option that you performed, click the ‘Modify Workout’ button. This is perfect for the times when your coach provided a modification to suit your ability or avoid an aggravated injury.
This will take you into Workout Builder where you can make the changes needed for proper scoring. You will also find a ‘Reset to Rx’ if you make a mistake and want to start over.
Score from a friend’s personal workout – When you workout with a friend, you will be able to score from their personal workout in the whiteboard feed. This is an excellent way to score together when you train outside what’s on the whiteboard.
Skipping Workout Parts – In workouts with multiple parts you will now be able to skip them simply by checking the box on the left side of the part. This is an option we added so that if you, for whatever reason where unable to complete the part can still be put in the same feed item as your friends. Your score will be marked as a MOD.
Total reps added to the dashboard – Ever wanted to know your all time reps completed? Now you can! Compare with your friends by looking at their dashboard too.
Facebook avatars – if you didn’t already have an avatar image uploaded and were linked with Facebook, we’ve imported your Facebook avatar for you.
Not linked with Facebook for login in? You can link your email login to your Facebook account by clicking the ‘Link Facebook account’ from your ‘My Account’ page.
Tips and Tricks
1 – Did you know that you can follow more than one gym? This a perfect way to keep scoring when you’re on the road, or like to drop in other places from time to time. It’s also a great way to follow programming for a box of interest. Just click on the PLUS sign and search for the box.
2 – Ever get curious about your friends Dashboard or PRs? Check them out by visiting their profile page and clicking on ‘Performance’ to view their stats.
3 – Make sure to put in your PRs. By adding them manually, all of your PERCENTAGE-based workouts will be automatically be filled in. We track PRs automatically, but by adding a few here and there you will make the platform work for you the next time you score. You can add them by clicking the PLUS icon.
